I've seen a few posts by you in Talk. I wanted to point you to this "tips for authors" page, here:
http://www.librarything.com/about/author...

In particular, you should know that it's against the Terms of Use to post ads for your book on the site.

Do not use LibraryThing as an advertising medium. Egregious commercial solicitation is forbidden. No matter how great your novel, this does apply to authors.

The link above does have some good ideas on other ways to engage readers on the site, that aren't seen as spammy.
