About memost of the time i'm trying to be a bad ass urban fantasy writer like the so many i admire. im still a work in progress.

i live in Plymouth, Devon, United Kingdom with two cats and my beautiful ginger haired fiance. (this as of January, 2010).

i review paranormal/urban fantasy fiction for Bitten By Books (http://bittenbybooks.com) in my spare time. it's a fantastic site run by an equally fantastic person, so you should check it out. :D

About my libraryi read more urban fantasy than anything; the vampire is my paranormal character of choice. it started when i was about 10 and never stopped. so, bottom line : my library is as crazy as i am.

The Garden

THERE is a garden in her face,
Where roses and white lilies grow;
A heavenly paradise is that place,
Wherein all pleasant fruits do flow.
These cherries grow which none may buy,
Till "Cherry-ripe" themselves do cry.

Those cherries fairly do enclose
Of orient pearl a double row,
Which when her lovely laughter shows,
They look like rosebuds filled with snow.
Yet them nor peer nor prince can buy,
Till "Cherry-ripe" themselves do cry.

Her eyes like angels watch them still;
Her brows like bended bows do stand,
Threatening with piercing frowns to kill
All that attempt with eye or hand
Those sacred cherries to come nigh,
Till "Cherry-ripe" themselves do cry.

Hey there! Wow, I really need to update my profile. Geesh. Poor thing is neglected! :)

Great to see ya on here! I'm always looking for book recommedations to feel free to pass 'em on anytime. I have a list that never ends. :) I wish there was more than 24 hours in a day! Then maybe I could make a dent in the list. Hehe
