About meI'm a writer (just finished my first book, Life List, a biography of a midwestern housewife, naturalist, and adventuress) and am married to a writer. But we spend a lot of time watching bad tv and downloading music. When I was writing the biography I mostly read books for research, so I'm glad to have some time now to read for fun. I read more fiction than nonfiction, and more books by women than men ... but I'll try anything.
