Sorry for the trouble. We have just combined the pages for you, so that markhamdavid will redirect to markhamjdavid. Apparently, the markhamdavid page wasn't indexed yet, so we couldn't find it in the database. The book "Road to St. Helena" will show up on the David J. Markham page after we have reindexed the site (which we do every couple of days). I hope this helps! Sorry for the confusion. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks for writing. You can enter a book manually, by clicking Add the Book Manually, under the heading Other Ways to Add on your Add Books page. That way, you can insure the information that is entered about the work is correct. As far as the authors with different listings who are the same, you can combine authors by clicking Combine With... under the Author Disambiguation section in the green box on the right side of the page. There you can enter the author ids and link those two author pages together. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
