Will you please stop misusing the Review function? The Review function is for actual reviews of books, to guide other readers on what to read. Reviews show up on all other member's pages. Thus, your miscellaneous cataloging information on now 434 (FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR!) of your books is showing up on my pages and others'. Look at this work as an example, where your non- review shows up like the proverbial sore thumb:

If you want to record catalog information, there are plenty of other places where you can do so, including under "comments" and "private comments".
