About meMost of my working life has been spent in books, The Family Business. My father was in the Book Biz all his life, my mother was a librarian, together they've owned a secondhand bookshop for the past 12 years. One could say that I was Raised for a life with books :) Hence I've been a bookseller, worked for two mainstream publishers and in between I built websites for authors. These days I'm taking a break from working with books so as to do shallow things for large corporates in exchange for enough time (and dosh) to actually enjoy READING books again. :)

About my libraryI mostly read fiction and a lot of that is genre. I love spec fic, romance and a dash of crime. I'm looking for entertainment in my reading, but I appreciate a nice turn of phrase.
