About memy favorite shirt used to be one of the shirts you won in summer reading programs; it said, "100 book club" on it and was red. i loved that thing, and wore it until it was in tatters. i'm lucky enough that i live near the library and in a house full of readers!

About my libraryrecently i have decided to stop arguing with the part of me that only wants to read sci-fi books and comics. plus, i have this obsession with really excellent short stories. i also read a lot of children's books for some reason. everyone in my family, myself included, also reads cookbooks. it's not that we don't use the recipes too, but we actively read them like books. i like autobiographies, biographies, and non-fiction. in short, there isn't much i won't read. except westerns.
