About mei prefer the book to the movie, coffee to tea, and bacon to everything else. i am both shy and outgoing, wild and tame. i'm physically ungraceful and verbally unsubtle. i love summer breezes and crunching autumn leaves underfoot. i do much more reading than writing, but i'm working on it. i believe in good books. i'm a 21st century bostonian, but i will always remain a jersey girl at heart.

About my libraryit's a mix of stuff i kept from college, books i inherited from my mom when she was done with them, and a bunch of stuff i've been accumulating since i've had disposable income.

i think it paints a pretty good picture of my interests and tastes as they've evolved over the years, but it certainly isn't the whole picture.

Noticed you liked The God of Small Things, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a grief-stricken family. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter)in case you'd like to read more about the novel before you commit:
