About meHello. My name is Paula. I like to play my fiddle and sometimes to read. But only sometimes.

About my libraryIt is a hodgepodge with no rhyme or reason to it, mostly paperback, with some embarrassing items. Actually as you can see my tastes have in the past run to fantasy, but nowadays I have a hard time getting into this genre.

I thought your thoughts on "Death of a Heart" by Elizabeth Bowen was spot on! It's a bit dated, but truly lovely.
Hello, thank you for the invitation to join Welsh Learners. I haven't logged on to Library Thing for a while so apologies for the delay in responding. You have some interesting books, am v. impressed!
Thank you. I love your icon, by the way. :)
I passed the 800 mark!

Yes, a good one, although my punnery was alive and well in sixth grade when I "mistakenly" referred to Sheftu as "Shifty" in front of the class. Heh.
Wow. That's-a-some library. Very large, very cool, full of intellectual, philosophical, political, historical, and fantastical items. Yum.
