About meI live in the North. I love wildlife, traveling by car, fishing, photography, reading & reviewing books. Long-time friends & family, and new friends. No pets, last one was a cat, died at ripe old age of 21. Moved here 3 yrs ago from the city & couldn't be happier.

About my libraryMy reading is eclectic, often based on ARCs offered. My favourite genre is mystery, but also medical mysteries, cryptozoology, life-stories, action thrillers. About the only kind rarely read is chick-lit.

Thank you for reviewing "The Second Ship"(The Rho Agenda)by Richard Phillips. It sounds like a good review(and book!)...but it seems like the review contains spoilers. It'd be great if you'd add a warning before the spoiler sections for those who haven't yet read the book. Thanks!
I am truly awed by your review of DEVILLIERS COUNTY BLUES.... thank you from the bottom of my heart. John Cassell

am looking forward to seeing the FB pictures.... my monitor is still comatose though. Mine is the opposite of yours. it works for about five minutes then starts vibrating.

I can sympathize with that, my monitor's been driving me crazy for the past 3 years. It's been flickering and shading out, sometimes just lines, sometimes graying right out until I can barely see anything. Can't afford a new video card, if that's even the problem so we just wait it out and usually it clears after 10 or 15 minutes... but then it does it all over again many times a day. Frustrating.

I will look forward to doing that! My monitor has been acting up but I can do it about 5 minutes at a time.

Sounds beautiful. I visited some of BC when in the service, but not nearly enough, LOVE your provincial flag!!! truly hope you enjoy the book.

JOHN W. CASSELL [James Mundell]
Hi Betty,
How's life in your corner of the world? Just thought I'd let you know that I've posted a Giveaway for my novel White Raven.
