About meI developed a love of reading from my first Dick & Jane reader in the first grade and I would voraciously devour every book I could get my hands on. I used to ride my bike to the library weekly and would load up my basket full of books. In my early teens I discovered I loved books with a romantic plot such as Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights, and books by Mary Stewart and Georgette Heyer. I eventually discovered my preference for romances ranging from historical, contemporary, and futuristic. I still enjoy historical fiction and the occasional mystery but I prefer those with some kind of romantic subplot. My favorite romance of all time is A Rose at Midnight by Anne Stuart which I voted for in AAR's Top 100 romances poll in 2007. I do read some non-romance or straight fiction books but not as many as I used to. My favorite straight fiction book of all time is To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. I try to keep up with the latest new romances and new authors but I still love to reread some of my favorite oldies.

About my libraryMy library consists of books I have read over the course of my life, books in my TBR, books on my wishlist, and my keepers. I continue to add as many books as I can remember from childhood on.

"If you are a dreamer come in
If you are a dreamer a wisher a liar
A hoper a pray-er a magic-bean-buyer
If youre a pretender com sit by my fire
For we have some flax golden tales to spin
Come in!

Really? I'm going to try that out too.
Nify keen!!!! I just noticed another feature. When I clicked on your catalogue, I saw a book I hadn't added yet. I clicked on it and there was a line that said 'Add to Yours' and it added it to my list!! No hunting. Now that was cool!
I put you on my watch list. I can't wait to see how many books you will eventually have in your catalog. Oh, yeah, I found Sybil too (redwyne).
Renne: And I found you! I see you have a lot of books I haven't added yet. I haven't added that many harlequins yet. That will take me quite some time *g*.
