I just accidentally deleted (closed the Firefox tab it was in with a misplaced click) a much longer comment which I spent more than 15 minutes composing :-( The gist was that we share an amazing number of authors and books (check out my author cloud compared to yours). I also own approximately 25% of the books you list in your library.
You appear to have at least a passing interest in Lisp (viz. Patrick Winston in your authors) from which I infer that you might be in the computer field. Same here: I have been a software developer for going on 30 years, since I left my former life as a mathematics professor at Eastern Michigan University.
The one author conspicuous by his absence from your list is P. G. Wodehouse. May I heartily recommend him (you can see that he looms large in my author cloud).
