About meProgeny Book Trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cCgq9zxcdqI

R.T. Kaelin is a loving husband, father of two wonderful children, and a lifelong resident of Ohio, currently in Columbus. After graduating from college, for the first twelve years of his career he has worked as a software engineer. After creatively writing a local gaming group, it was suggested he try his hand at writing something more prodigious. Encouraged, he finally committed to the undertaking, writing the first book of his The Children of the White Lions series, Progeny. When he is not writing, he loves to travel and has a passion for cooking.

What help are you looking for with Prophecy?

I read the old version of Progeny but haven't yet read the updated version, although it's still in my TBR queue.

WHat outlets have the epub version? When I get aorund to buying a copy!

Glad to know it's all working out for you.

Thank you SO much. I am so excited to have been lucky enough to win a copy of Prophecy: The Children of the White Lions. And I would love to read the series in order, so an eBook version of Progeny would be very much appreciated. In fact, if you have both books in eBook format you can save on shipping and send me both as eBooks if you'd like.

My email is Isis.erb@uvm.edu which is my lovely place of employment. Thank you again for such a generous offer!
Any time, my friend. Nothing more than the truth.
Thanks for dropping by my thread.

Delighted to hear book 2 nearly there, really looking forward to it.
Many thanks- it appears to have worked and I got a copy of Progeny. Caroline
Hi there. I mailed to your terene account on 23 Feb. Is there no chance to get kindle versions of your book outside US? That is a shame.
Regards
Caroline
I'd love a Nook version of your revised book - email nsecord@maximumisp.com . Very kind of you.

Happy new year and great reading for 2012! - Karen
Ah, you are a generous man! I'd love a version of your book. Email address is maggie1944@frontier.com

Thanks.

Karen
Thanx :) My email is sfinnert@yvw.com.au
Hello,

Just wondering if you could send me an invite for google+. Not sure I'll use it as I'm really not all that great with social media sites, but I figure its worth a look - if I can :)

Thanx
Seanie
Thanks for accepting my friend request. See you around Librarything. -Judith
I am now the proud owner of a Nook app, and the book will soon follow. Thanks for your help.
Hello,
I was reading a discussion about outlining in the Hobnob group and I liked what you had to say a lot. I don't work in fantasy directly (although my manuscript does have a character whose part horse part man--though I'd call that more mythological than fantasy in the context), but I adore Tolkien (and read every word out loud to my kids) and I suspect that we have a fair amount in common, so I put a friend request in to you.
Judith
Hi RT! I'd like to read your book but I'd like to do it on my computer instead of in hard copy or on a reader. Is it possible to buy it as a download for a PC? It sure sounds like a good book and I'm really happy for you.
oh thanks for letting me know!
Bought. It's in the reading queue which is longer than usual at the moment.
Thanks for Smashwords! - You'll be fine adding the link to the GD thread started about Progeny. That seems a perfectly reasonable thing to do to me.

It just really bothers me that my book covers don't have covers, so, well, did some Image Goggling typed in "Merchant by Kaelin" and "Family by Kaelin book" and found both of them.
I added covers to your books Merchant and Family, and I am wondering, are those the right ones?
http://www.librarything.com/topic/35356 - This is the thread which explains how to do some of this stuff.

What I do is go to my Flickr account and there's a place on the individual photo's page which says "share this" and you can grab a code which will move a copy of the picture to your post here.

If you want more step by step explanation, I can do that but at another time. A little rushed right this min.

good luck
Somewhere there is a thread explaining a bunch of stuff like posting images. Let me see if I can find it.
Hi
I've been AWFK for a few days. Yes Epub is fine for all non-Kindle readers. BookOnBoard and Fictionwise are the two main non-shop associated ebook stores that I know of. They do both support DRM. Smashwords would be another option.

'fox
Oh, and I agree, I think your book will sell really well. Having the 2nd book so far along in the process can only help I would think, since the publisher would know you are not going to be a 1 book wonder.
Thanks. Just went on Amazon and purchased it. Should have it by next Wednesday. Good Luck!
The review I read of [Progeny] made me want to read your book, but I can't seem to find it. I put it on my wishlist, how can I purchase a copy of it?

Donna
I put the link on my FB page, I've had some of my friends there tell me they seek out my recommendations for reading, so let's hope this catches them. :)
Well, thanks for two nights of short sleep! I enjoyed your book very much and look forward to reading the next one. I do hope you will get picked up by a large publisher so that more people have access to the story, it is one I will happily share with others. I've posted my review here, on Amazon and on FB.
"I have the entire collected works of ACD"
Wow. I've read a bit of his stuff outside of Sherlock - The professor Challenger stories are ok, but I of the rest I read a while ago I found a lot of it very dull. Is there anything you'd particularly highlight?

'fox
lol! Actually, it came in and relaxed quietly on the sofa with me. After teaching 8th grade students all week, the quiet was the best part of the day.
Your book arrived today! It was waiting for me on the doorstep. :)
Hello, welcome to Green Dragon. Apparently, I have not read all of Raymond's Feist books because what character did he kill off that was special to you?
Welcome to the Green Dragon! We are really quite normal, most of the time.

I look forward to hearing from you in the threads.

Cindy
Welcome to the Green Dragon! If you have the time, some of the older threads are really fun to go through, and nobody minds them being rejuvenated, so feel free to post in them as you read. I especially enjoyed the Tolkien ones when I went through them.
Just letting you know that I've read the first 100 pages, and while the first 2 chapters seemed a little rough, I am truly enjoying this book. If the story and writing are at least maintained through the rest of this book I think you've got a BIG winner here.

Keep up the great story telling.
Nothing in particular, but my "real" name is simply my LibraryThing name, with a space between the appropriate letters.
Looking forward to reading the book!
Nothing special's required. I look forward to reading your book.

Thank you,
Amanda
