About meWhat can I say? I absolutely love to read and write. In addition, I thoroughly enjoy listening to music. Unfortunately, I have no musical talent whatsoever. I can be found online most days. You can find out much more about me on my blog, Facebook, and MySpace.
About my libraryI have loved to read my entire life. I truly believe that what I've read and what books I own are a reflection of who I am. I hope to add books often, whether or not I own them (all books I add that I do not own, I have read).
Own - Currently on my bookshelf
Owned - Favorite books read that I no longer own
DO NOT OWN - Books read that I borrowed from the library or friends
Brian - Books in my home that are my boyfriend Brian's books

Will you focus solely on the politcal angle? You have a nice openness within your blog, hope you can keep the personal tied as well. Either way, happy to meet you and will keep in touch and check in from time to time... TIME is quite the key-luxuy issue these days, isn't it?

I left a couple of comments and will be checking back. As soon as I figure out how to add a blog roll to my blog, I will add yours.

Thanks for the friendship! I don't have any friends on Library Thing, so I'm glad you are the first! I'm just getting ready to go make a cup of tea and read for the rest of the night. Pleasant pages to you! --Cortney

I have relatives in Kalamazoo. How far is Bay City from there? I once spent a summer in Michigan and read a lot of true crime. That was in 1989, well before marriage, kids and gray hair and 5,000 books.
