About meI am a wife and a mom of 5, 4 biological and one transracially adopted. Two of our children are special needs and we did foster care for 5 years. I currently work two part-time jobs-one as a Paramedic on an Advanced Life Support Ambulance and another as a substitute rural mail carrier. We are hoping to soon be moving to the mission fields of Tanzania, East Africa.

About my libraryThe books in my catalog are only books that I have read. I started keeping track of my books in January 2004. I do a lot of driving on two of my part-time jobs so because there are too many books and too little time I listen to audiobooks in the car. I get many "read" each year that way. I recently turned one of our spare bedrooms into a library and I have hundreds of books on my shelves waiting to be read.

Number of books read per year:
2007-71 books
2008-98
2009-58
2010-49
2011-31, however I was also in college full-time in 2011
2012-41, finished college in June

Goal for 2013 is to read 52 books or one per week.

Oh, and my alphabet author's last name challenge in progress for 2013.
A B C D _ _ G H _ J K L M _ _ P _ _ S _ _ _ _ _ _ _

I am currently offering 3 books for 1 credit on books on my paperbackswap bookshelf for Library Thing users . I go by the same user name there. PM me at pbs when you order to tell me your two freebies.
