About me I'm a portrait painter and a bartender.

I read a lot.

I love meeting people who love to read, especially those with similar tastes. I can sit for hours and talk with anyone about books.

About my library This is not all of the books on my shelves, but it is a lot of the books I have read. Of course I can't think of all of them.

Thanks for the book tip! The title itself sounds intriguing. I'm going to put it in my reading list, for sure.
Do you have an all-time favorite book? I don't, so no pressure. :) I always feel like I'm dismissing all the other ones I've loved dearly if I commit to one in particular.
i'll have a beer and a shot. bourbon.
Welcome to the Green Dragon from a fellow Louisianian! I'm from Alexandria, went to college in Monroe. My wife's from Bastrop near Monroe, but her parents moved to Bossier City after they retired. We live in Maryland now, but still like to eat gumbo and jambalaya.

At any rate, glad you joined us. Stop by int he chatroom sometime...
