About my libraryUpdate time :) - Finally got a Kindle and I love it! Im not much for clutter so it will come in handy to hold all my books now. I still have boxes of books and although I love to re-read them its hard for me to put my Kindle down.

Hi Dawn!
Good to hear from you!
I just got back to work after summer, but there is still a lot of summer left!

I haven't started on First drop ...yet. But it is at the very top of my TBR!

Right now I ordered my very first Patricia Briggs; Moon called.
You and others have been raving about her books for so long that I got very curious! :)

How is your summer so far? Read some good books, I guess!?
Well, now I am going to look forward to the Briggs books.

Have fun!
Hi, Dawn. I get your point about Mr. Durick's comments not seeming LT friendly. I have to admit I find his curmudgeonly comments humorous, but I can see the other side of it. Hang in there.

Best wishes - Joe
It has been a while! I hope you are well! It seems you have great re-read in Brigggs books! :)

I have been offline a lot and now I go on summer holiday!
Ha a great summer!
Hello back! :)
Great to hear from you! I have been wanting to tell you something but it would have been a little cruel.

I can't believe we are actually post-LM release! I imagine that you finished reading it by now, right?
The cruel thing I didn't tell you is that I got the book about two weeks before the 27th because a bookseller in my country started to sell it.
And I enjoyed it!
It is all good, everything is there. But with that said I need to be honest that I think that this book is a little bit like Tohr when he was brought back to the Brothers. This book is a little bit on the lean side. I feel that the Fallen Angels-series has taken Ward's writing time and effort from LM, a little bit. And I was afraid of just that, if you remember one of my posts on the board.I hope you don't hate me for saying so.
How do you find LM??

I have become a member of more boards where BDB is discussed, ward's and shelfari and a facebook-group even.

Cat/Bones, right! I will soon be reading the third book. This series is very upbeat and fun to read. I admire Frosts way of writing and the stories and characters that she make surreally good! :)

Hope to hear from you soon!

PS lovely pictures! They are so cute, your dogs!

Yeah that sounds just great about Frost's Cat/Bones books. I will definitely keep reading them! Will start the next in line, good deal!

So you feel ready for some Claire/Jamie action. I got the book but haven't had the strength to pick it up! ;) Have a great time with it!

I must so thank you for suggesting Frost's Night Huntress-series! So good even though I was a little slow to catch on with her writing style after reading Ward a lot. But she really got it together very very well! I am really in to Bones now however some of his british slang put me of a bit at first.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! It is just awesome! Cat and Bones are to die for good together! I have a few pages left in the first book and the next book is lined up, ready to read! Yay!

Now I am impatiently waiting for Kresley Cole's Pleasure of a Dark Prince (liking the title!). I really hope it is good because I find myself rereading his appearance in A Hunger like no Other.

Have fun!
That was good to hear (about Covet). Take your time and enjoy all the good books coming your way!
Happy holidays to you!
Thank you for the tip! I will check out Jeanine Frost this Christmas.

You seem to be reading a lot right now. How do you find Covet? I made it last awhile, too. or maybe I shouldn't ask...
hello!! yeah actuallt i have HON series but i just havn't read them Lol!ATM i'm reading dark visions by L. J. Smith. it's really good so far. i'll find it and put it on my profile. nice hearing from you! :)
Thanks! I will let you know when I need a new book-tip and I will be happy to give some too! :)
So nice to be friends here! I see we have some books in common. I haven't added my SF and fantasy books yet.
So how were those blueberry waffles (and Dark Slayer)? Thanks for thinking my library is interesting :-) I generally adore the Feehan books although there have been a couple misses. Which is your fave? We share a few books other than those which doesn't surprise me from your posts over on the Romance group. Your puppies are very cute!
Hi, Thanks for the comment!

If you're big into paranormal romances, have you tried either Charlaine Harris' Sookie Stackhouse series (Vampires and Werewolves), or Patricia Brigg's Mercy Thompson series (girl were-coyote mechanic)?

Thanks again,
Kirk "Bookmonkey" MacLeod
Awesome I love getting into series. I'm reading the Thirst books right now by Christopher Pike but I will def. check them out when I get a chance! Thanks!
Thanks for the suggestion! I have read one other book by Mead and enjoyed it, so I plan on giving the Vampire Academy books a shot.
The whole series is amazing. The books do tend to get bigger but you can see how much detail she adds. It is so worth it. You'll laugh, you'll cry! And the next book is due out in the fall of this year. I can't wait!
Yes, there is a movie planned and I don't know exactly how I feel about it. The books are huge so you know a lot is going to be cut to make a movie. And, I am so afraid to think who they might get to play the lead roles. Of course you know I'll go see it but I just hope I am not too disappointed. Actually is was a typo...was supposed to say big..and there was no edit button for some reason.
I know you will enjoy the books.
Yes Yes Yes...go get Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. It's the first in a series and it is amazing! Be warned, it is a bog read but well worth it.
Let us all know how you like it?

PS The next book in the series is coming out this year!
