About meI live in Portland, Maine and crunch numbers. I'm married to the fabulous Woctune (also a Librarything member) who works in a bookstore. (very bad for our addiction!)

About my libraryI have a tendancy to be pretty selective about my library, and I also don't have a ton of space. So it's going to stay small, probably forever.

Currently not collecting anything... too much of a backlog. Working my way through Ursula K. Le Guin I haven't read yet.

UPDATE: I am currently purging non-essential books in an attempt to live with less stuff. Hopefully I can get my library down to just what I need. Bookmooch abandoned because I have tons of credit there already and people are surprisingly pissy about when they get their FREE books.

Thanks for your brief review for "The Best From Galaxy vol IV"!

I was adding a couple of stacks of anthologies I haven't read yet, and after reading your review, this book is now in my short tbr pile. Asteroids and their possibilities are a particular interest of mine.

Hi, again.

As we were discussing a few months ago:
the reprint of Avram Davidson's Adventures in Unhistory is in the stores. (I've got mine....)

I appreciated your Tao Te Ching review-- I'd just been wondering what translation(s) were preferable.
If I combined them I should not have done. hopefully we will get contains/contained in conection at some time.
Hear, Hear! for Jack Vance. I have always enjoyed his style and the sense of place for the worlds he creates.
