About meI am a lover of books, of music, of words in all mediums. I prefer not to list the mundane facts about myself partly for reasons of privacy, but also because they say less about me than do what I write about my thoughts and feelings. The most accurately I can put the facts, then; I am older than I would like to be but possibly less mature than I should be, deeply passionate about books and learning but less well-educated than people take me for, snobbish in some of my interests but very humble in my necessities. I have been through many and various jobs, some that I was better suited to than others but none that defined me. I am currently semi-retired, for various reasons. I live with people I adore in a place that is home because there are here.

About my libraryThe library listed here is not solely mine, but that of the entire household. The tags of Bridgie, Morri and Rey respectively mark the people to whom certain books specifically belong. Not all books without these tags are mine, some simply belong to the household at large. My thanks to my Bridgielove for the lifetime subscription! I have not yet completed listing every book in the house, but I am slowly chipping away at the project.
