Hi,

I just read your review of William Cope Moyer's, Broken, (I have not read the book) and was particularly interested in your comments about the ending. I too am put off by recovery narratives with "preachy" endings. I am currently seeking out recovery narratives. I prefer Fiction over Memoirs; however, I'll read both. Are there any you have read and would recommend (i.e., the unpreachy ones)?

Also, I see we share an affection for Sylvia Plath. One of the readings I apply to "Tulips" is that of a recovery narrative. The spiritual state depicted there is representative of the kind that I am looking for in my search.

Hi,

This is wierd and random, but whateve right? I was just going through the Breaking Dawn reviews because I won a paid account deal (betcha did too), saw your review, and was like damn.

I felt the s.a.m.e way. A while back, on some othe site (43 things?), I posted a review about Eclipse and said at one point " what's next? Bella barefoot and pregnant". Some joker commented that they fellt sorry for me because I couldn't understand true love. Anyways, props for a good review.
