Dear Simon,

If you are interested in the Peninsular War, look at the entry for the New Forest Book Fair which mentions the March event and a talk and displays by Prof Chris Woolgar - he will discuss the Broadlands Papers, but also the forthcoming Wellington Congress and the Peninsular War.

Agreed, not really 'penninsula war' but as it was a continuation of the penninsula war and involved the same protagonist I lumped it all together under one category...
