Noticed you liked Clockwork Orange, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a group of violent kids (and also a bit dark). I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit:

Wow! Thanks for the book, just came in the mail. Didn't think it would take that long. Anyways i look forward to reading it.
Hey Skak,

Thanks for your recommendations. I've read a few of those authors: Isaac Asimov's Foundation series, other of his sci fi, and some of his mysteries. What a writer! I loved Herbert's Dune books, especially the first 4.

I've copied & pasted the other authors into my "Need to Read" list. Thanks!!!

Thank you for sending Flight Paths of the Emperor so quickly! I received it today.
I received my book. Thanks
Thanks for the recommendation. These days my backlog of books to read is so vast that I'm not sure I'm going to be experimenting with new authors anytime soon, but I'll keep an eye out for it.
skak,

Many thanks for your offer. It's not so much a case of collecting Desmond Bagley books, as finally getting around to cataloguing them after having them in storage for more years than I care to remember. I have one book that is missing from my collection, and that is 'Running Blind'. (I find it strange that it isn't amongst my set, given how much I enjoyed his books.) I don't see that one in your library.

Thanks again for the thought,
Noisy

Sorry - I should have thought to confirm. Yes, I did get it, thanks very much! Next I just have to get round to reading it alongside the huge pile of library books... Looking forward to it, very much appreciated!
