Hey Sam,

Your review of Teen Cyberbullying Investigated was spot on. I too felt Jacobs was trying to sway readers towards his own beliefs, and more often than not, his beliefs were that the accused teenagers were in fact "bullies." Additionally, your thought that these teenagers should not have been treated so harshly is another great point. I agree that teenagers are not always to blame. People tend to forget what it is like to be a teenager, especially in today's hyper-active society. The blame is too often being shrugged off of teachers, administrators, and parents--the ones who should re-examine the conditions affecting the teenager in question.

Most importantly, I think that all teenagers should have some medium through which to vent. As you mentioned in class, who cares if what they are saying is about the teacher? The focus should not be on what students are saying through these outbursts, but why they are saying it.
