Noticed you liked Clockwork Orange, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a group of violent kids (and also a bit dark). I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit:

ir sugalvok tu man teatrologinius eskizus nusipirkti. ;D is kur gavai?
hehe, radau tave kaip paskutine pridejusia Hartnollo "Teatra". :DDD pati ikelinejau kaip tik. :D
Hi solio, how did you like the Wasp Factory (Širšių fabrikas)?
Hi,
I read the roof beam. I liked it, though both parts are very different. The first part kind of makes sense compared to Catcher in the Rye, but the second half is very different. Very hard to read in some parts. But very intriguing, and I definitely need to read it again. Still, I'd rate this a four star where I rated Catcher a five. Now I'll read Fanny and Zooey, or maybe I'll finish Against the Day first.
Before reading these, I read "House" by Tracy Kidder. The title of Roof Beam makes me think of that story every time, because it's a book on carpenters and roof beams.

Did you like "Rugiuose prie bedugnės"? Must be a hell of a job to translate a book like that. Did it survive translation?

Christine
No problem, thanks for the reply. I had added a number of translations to the original "catcher in the rye", but I wondered about this one. Catcher in the Rye is one of the frist american novels I read, I love it.
