About meProfessional writers abound in my family and we are all book pack-rats. Is there any other way to live? Besides traveling, that is?

About my libraryI am a new member with a many-years urge to catalog my collection. I shall try to list every hardcover book I have, except perhaps most cookbooks. There are certain paperbacks and soft cover books I will also list. If I don't list as much as I can, then how will I know just what I have? What I don't deem listable, I shall discard. Listing all the others will allow me to weed out duplicates and the worthless ones to be rid of. As I cull I will delete from the list. It's will take months to do this. :-)

We share "No Highway" and "84 Charing Cross Road," both of which were made into movies- - - successfully I think. (I'll say that on the bk-to-movie group spot when I have time, but wondered if you had seen the films, and agree or not.) Esta 1923
