Loved "Important Artifacts" and was sad when it ended. Raised lots of questions in my mind, like WHO the heck are these people? Are they real?? Now I have to google them and get the scoop! Loved how one item would lead into another, very clever. Interesting that there was no explanation whatsoever of the whole thing.
I loved Stitches! When I finished it, I thought it was perfect, both words and pictures. The ending brought tears to my eyes.
Thanks! Yes, I've heard so many good things about it. Have you read Blankets by Craig Thompson? That one was really amazing.
You're welcome! Glad you like your SantaThing gifts!
I will definitely let you know when I have read them. I hope to start I Kill Giants in the next few days.
Thank you so much for your wonderful SantaThing selections! I know of Haruki Murakami and Bret Easton Ellis but am a little bit ashamed to say that I have never read anything by either one. I am excited to read them now though:-) And I know nothing at all about I Kill Giants but it looks really interesting and I am looking forward to reading it too.

I hope that you got equally exciting books from your SantaThing santa.
Noticed you liked Fight Club, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a disturbed bunch of kids and a bit dark :) I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit.

Hello Beth! I just wanted to let you know the Sometimes We're Always Real Same-Same by Mattox Roesch (the book you've won through Early Reviewers) was shipped last Thursday. Let me know if you don't receive it by the end of next week.
