Hi Stephanie: I am glad to find you on this site. I just wanted to say thank you for your two books. It takes alot of courage to talk in public about some very private struggles.

I have an eating disorder myself and food IS an addiction - just like alcohol or any other drug - its wonderful to see people, such as yourself, bring it all out in the open.

I have in recovery for 6 years (its not always easy) and have kept off my weight loss of 122 lbs and reading books such as yours inspires me when it gets more difficult.

So, thank you.
