Collecting books is almost a religious thing with me. At times, I have difficulty borrowing books from a library: I simply must own them. And I almost never give away or sell any. Besides a home office with one wall of built-in, floor to ceiling bookshelves, there are free-standing bookcases throughout my home. And most shelves have two rows of books, one behind the other. And then there are the boxes in the garage. What I'd give to have a study like Prof. Henry Higgins' in "My Fair Lady"!
