About meOz was recently living in Hollywood, where he spent way too much time talking to drunk weirdos in Metro stations while waiting for the subway. He hates the LA Metro with a deep-seated vengeance, tempered only by the fact that he once saw the most beautiful girl in the world on the subway (a black girl living a stop away from Compton).
San Diego is his favorite city on Earth. He lived there for only a week, housed by a wonderful Russian immigrant couple who were also (cool) science nerds.
He is an avid photographer and a stand-up comedian in training. He once acted in a film, where he fulfilled a personal life goal by getting shot and killed. Sadly, he did not get to do a dramatic speech while dying--but he did get to torture people.
He loves girls from Korea and Kazakhstan and other places that start with "K."
He is currently (still!) working on a massive novel about love, death, honor, and Kryptonite.

Saw you liked Trainspotting, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reading my new novel and posting your comments here (as well as on a few other book-related sites). Thought you might like my novel since it's also about a group of disturbed kids and a bit dark. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like. Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary in case you're interested:
