About meI am a thirty one year old first year at georgetown law school. I've had a long interest in books and book collecting. Including modern fiction, radical politics in America, and more recently economic and legal books and atlases.
About my libraryMy books are split between New York and D.C. I am slowly entering the complete collection from an excel sheet, but since I don't have the isbn's handy for most of these, its time consuming.
A note about the tags:
NLIL means no longer in library, these are books that I have read, but haven't kept.
"The Blue Notebook" is a crummy little spiral bound notebook in which I have written down every book I've read since I was 17 years old. Nerdy, I know.

My understanding is that it was written by some maoists, but not the idiotic kind of maoists (as you can tell by reading it). The names on it are definitely pseudonyms. Other books you might be interested in that come from the same sorts of circles are _Settlers_ by J Sakai, and _Night Vision_, by Red Rover and Butch Lee. I believe ALL of those names are pseudonyms, but J Sakai and Butch Lee are both pen names that have been used several times, especially Sakai--you can find a bunch of stuff by Sakai on the internet, and it's all worth reading. Those three books--"False Nationalism, False Internationalism", "Settlers", and "Night Vision"--are often considered as a sort of set. Reading these three books is what showed me that there was such a thing as a smart communist; all three are truly genius works of political analysis.
One current distributor of all three books, as well as related stuff, is Kersplebedeb (www.kersplebedeb.com; man that's hard to spell!). There are a couple interviews posted with Sakai and Red Rover there, as well as reviews of some of those works (although I don't know about False Nationalism, False Internationalism; that one receives less attention than the other two in the 'set' for whatever reason). The guy who runs kerspebedeb also has a blog at sketchythoughts.blogspot.com, which is worth reading.
I see you are at Georgetown, in DC, right? You should come on up to Baltimore and visit Red Emma's bookstore and cafe (www.redemmas.org), where we sell all three books and probably plenty more you'd be interested in, judging from your books listed here.
Happy to talk more about this stuff in comments, or via email or whatever.
