Sorry it only took me 2.5 years to get back to you....I got the Meta Given cookbook from my Dad. He used it all the time when I was a child (used it so much the binding came off). I had the set rebound for him and a few years later, I decided I needed it more than he did and asked him if I could have it. I use it ALL the time.
