About my libraryIf I have rated a book with stars then I have read it since joining in 2008. All other catalogued books I own and plan on reading. All books in the "permanant collection" I have already read..even if there are no stars.
Books tagged "SPJR" belong to my son.

5 stars = an amazing read (or an amazing children's book)..could also be purely sentimental
4 stars = an excellent read
3 stars = a good read
2.5 stars = something was off.. either me or the book
..2 stars or less I probably wish I had not read

Hi Susanne,

Thanks for your PM. What a book! I'm not sure I will ever get it out of my head now that my brain has been seared! You said "I was mesmorized and felt sort of ashamed for being a witness to the story."
Exactly! I kept thinking to myself, why don't I just drop it? But I couldn't. It was as if I was under a spell. And the ending made it all worth it. Sometimes the ending will ruin a book for me but this one was just so.........I don't even know how to describe it. I had to back back and reread the last 15 pages of the book as soon as I finished. What's wrong with me? Yes loaded gun. That perfectly describes it. I'm not sure I want to keep it for that reason alone haha.

Cheers,
Bonnie
Hello Susanne,

Thanks for requesting a copy of my e-book, “Trouble Bruin”. I'm pleased that you took an interest in it. I think you're going to find it to be an amusing collection, quite unlike anything you've ever read.

I just e-mailed you the Amazon link so that you can download it immediately. If you didn't receive that e-mail for some reason, after checking your spam folder, be sure and let me know so that I can expedite your chance to begin enjoying the book.

If you have any questions at all feel free to e-mail me at dotlaker@yahoo.com.

Have a wonderful day,
George Hosier
