I just remembered suggesting "Inkheart" which is a tween book about a girl and her father. Her father is a bookbinder and repairs people's books. He also is able to "read the characters out of a book" which leads to all types of chaos. It is a book about booklovers. Speaking of which, have you read "People of the Book"? it was about a hagghada (sp?), which is a jewish book, and all the people who own it. Very good. I have some other suggestions which escape me at the moment, I'll let you know later.

Mareena,
No, I did a shelf at a time over a few weeks. I have so many more books but with school starting it will take a lot more time. I look at the books that are recommended and I already have many of them but have not had the time to enter them yet. I have gone back and rated a few books and added some tags on the ones that are entered. I think comments will have to come at a later date.
Thanks so much for telling me about this site, I really like it!

Mareena,
Cookie? Do you remember what I said it was about? I remember suggesting "The Moonstone" by Wilkie Collins which was the first mystery. I have read so many books lately, I can't remember the title without more clues. I'll think about it and maybe it will come to me.
I am getting close to the start of school. I went yesterday to make xerox's. I still need to organize my classroom, finish my outline for Marine Biology, and get at least a month of lessons prepared for both Marine Bio. and Bio, plus I have 3 meetings next week (Tues, Wed, and Fri). Oh well, I guess my summer is over :(
