About meI was trained in philosophy and hold a professorship in gender studies. Knitting, yarndyeing and photography are my hobbies.
About my librarySince I soon will retire I have donated a large part of my feminist library to the library at Gender studies. I list some of these books and other interesting books in that library for my writing after retirement.
And since we moved last year from a house to a flat we reduced our philosophy library with 75%. We saved books mostly on/by Simone Weil, Hannah Arendt, Ludwig Wittgenstein, Aristotle and some other classic philosophers.
In the living room, which is rather big, we have bookshelves on all walls up to the ceiling - with mostly fiction. Two other rooms have some shelves with philosophy, history and other non-fiction books.
