About meI'm a Florida Gator and I work in political campaigns. I read as much as I can when I'm not working - which is a challenge. I also enjoy running and spinning, Mike & Mike in the Morning, Tabasco Sauce, White Cheddar Cheez-Its, college basketball and football, giraffes, Irocs, baking cupcakes, seersucker, 30-Minute Meals, live music, Alton Brown, bourbon Collins, lemurs, magnolias, lilacs, jasmine, gerber daisies, and crawfish of course! Go Gators!

About my libraryI'll try almost anything, although sci-fi (syfy?) and fantasy are struggles for me. I generally prefer fiction, although I enjoy non-fiction about history, politics, or food. I used to refuse to read short stories, but now I'm getting into them.

Noticed you liked The Glass Castle, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a dysfunctional family (and also a bit dark). I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary in case you're interested:
