"Hey meadowmist! It's always good to hear about books others have enjoyed, thanks! I really like some of the books in your library, and since we have some similar tastes, I'm going to peruse a few that are on yours that I'm not familiar with. Shadow of the Wind has been on my bookshelf forever. I am more motivated now to give it a try now that you've given it such high praises. Just picked up The Forgotten Garden at a library sale for next to nothing...I may be reading it next. Maybe sooner than I think; as I feel like I am coming down w/ a bad cold. :( That always makes for much extra reading time, though! -taaza"

I want to try The Forgotten Garden too...let me know if you start it.

Sorry about the cold...I teach and have had one almost non-stop since the beginning of the year....a hazard of the job I guess. :)

I see you have Shadow of the Wind on your list...that is why I added you to interesting libraries along with the fact that we have a lot of books in common. :)

Shadow of the Wind is my all-time favorite book...my profile photo is of the courtyard where Nuria lived....my son and I went to Barcelona to find all the places in The Shadow of the Wind....it was such fun.

I see you added The Forgotten Garden...Kate Morton also wrote The House at Riverton...I really liked it...reminded me of The Thirteenth Tale.....I have The Forgotten Garden on my TBR list.
