About meI am a writer and editor in New York City. My novella, Palms Are Not Trees After All, won the 2007 Clay Reynolds Novella Prize from Texas Review Press. About my libraryWhen I moved from New York to London a couple of years ago, I gave away most of my library to friends, family, and a woman in Brooklyn who said she was opening a secondhand bookstore (which made me happy). I was left with only those books that I couldn't bear to part with, and this list is a selection of what I currently have in my apartment, slowly filling back up with various volumes.
