I completely relate about having accurate covers. Some of my books I've tagged Very Plain Cover -- for those unattractive rebound-in-mint-or-orange-or-you-name-it covers. On many of them I've used a picture of an illustration or the title page of the book in lieu of a cover and note that in my comments.
