Hi, theolojen! I am just finishing _The Story of Bioethics: From Seminal Works to Contemporary Explorations_. The book is a compilation of essays written by authors of "seminal bioethics texts," speaking about their experience of writing (and revising) these "seminal bioethics texts." It was a good thumbnail sketch of The Works that seemed to shape the field. It was even a bit gossipy, as each author dishes a bit about the others he (always he) knew, back in the day. Who carpooled with whom on the way to the Kennedy Institute, and that kind of thing. Have you read this? I'm curious about what you thought, if so--it seems kind of up your alley!
