About meResearcher, teacher, writer, reader of books and anything with print....

And now someone who is going to spend FAR too much time with LibraryThing. :)

About my libraryThis library represents the books that have either made an impact on me, or that I want to be able to share with others easily, or that happened to catch my eye as I was making entries.

The tags are eclectic - for instance, "feminism" includes things which might fall under women's studies, gender studies, feminist philosophy, etc. - I prefer fewer tags, which are, per forza, more general than might otherwise be the case.

GroupsChristianity, Editors, Researchers, Whatever, Education, Indo-European (and PIE) Folklore & Mythology, Vampires: Children of the Night

That would be where it was hiding in the custard, you see.
OK, so I see no custardy footprints, either...
Hi, it is hazelstitch from LJ, I see we have similar book tastes!
I see no elephant...
Certainly an influence, and all too often one leading to Bad Things, like me trying to do joined-up, double-handed thinking. This tends to distract me from the all-important state of the figures for month-end, and things like that. Thank you...

Your fault... I was browsing through reviews and it caught my eye, so I got a copy. Thou'rt a Bad Effluence, or something.
Thanks :) Seemed as good as any
