About meMy name is Angie Brandt, and I work as a Project Specialist at the GroupLens laboratory at the University of Minnesota. It has been a great fit for me - passion for higher education and a love for students is what keeps me here, along with learning new bits about social media all the time! I'm currently in Graduate School, going for a Masters in Human Resource Development and Online Learning. Seems like a mouthful, but my dream is to one day teach wellness and career development courses in organizations, using internet tools to do so! I am 27 and raising two kids, one that isn't mine but I love like crazy. I'm married to my soul mate, which is something a lot of people can't say. I have a big, Italian family, with five siblings. It's thrilling to me to watch people develop into someone better. I enjoy volunteering immensely. I love the internet, reading good books, and learning about the way life has changed since I have been born... I love nostalgia - family history, what the Italians used to say and do, how they related to the U.S. My relationship with the Lord has helped me through some very tough times, and I've become more resilient and at peace this year than I ever have been.

About my libraryI love Christian books, and learning new ways to incorporate the Lord into my life. I have a passion for books that talk about how to be spiritually disciplined, and prayer. I enjoy chick-lit to pass the time away. Books on Human Resources, Training, Leadership - these all catch my attention, too. Anything that deals with Psychology
