added dustjacket image of the Proust - Bibesco letters (Thames & Hudson) -- my dust jacket has water damage, but the book itself is intact.
Hello,

I noticed that we share an interest in Proust. I've enjoyed looking through the titles you own, some of which are new to me (always exciting). I thought I'd mention two books that might interest you. One is "The Proustian Community" written by Seth Wolitz. It describes the social milieu of The Search in great detail, including the importance of the Dreyfus Affair, and it's really helped me understand the rivalries of the different factions. I think it's out of print now but there are many used copies available. Another book you might like is Henry Raczymow's "Swan's Way" (a lousy translation of the French), which has a lot of information about Charles Haas.
