Hello Trina, I wouldn't call them contradictions as much as expanding and completing the picture. For example, how can you have good design without bad design? Therefore, if there are pros to a decision, there have to be cons. When you finally make that decision, you don't contradict yourself despite the cons because you have considered the risks.
