About memum, cyclist, left-leaning, sceptic, unhappy londoner (want to live somewhere nicer, but work and family are here...)

About my libraryi've tried to just enter books i've particularly enjoyed so as to get the overlap with others with similar tastes; i have a 2 year old son, i basically find that before he was born i read what i'd term more literary stuff, eg booker or esp orange prize listed books, some classics, etc, cos this was what i found satisfying. since my son was born i've been less able to spend long hours reading (now it's minutes or sometimes an hour here and there, luxuryt!), and i think i'm also less able to concentrate and my memory is not as good as it was. so somehow i picked up some books i wouldn't have in the past - crime and thrillers. and i really like them! favourites so far - stieg larsson! do any other mums/parents feel the same? any advice for me?!
