About meUp Center Books, formerly known as Spotlight Books, is a social venture that operates as a used bookseller. 100% of our proceeds are used to fund our on-the-job training program that offers homeless or low income people the chance to acquire specific workforce skills. Their training is a vital part of the daily operation of this business.

About my libraryAll of our books have been donated to us. Up Center Books accepts donations of used books, CDs and DVDs from individuals, universities, library systems and other organizations throughout Hampton Roads.
