About meThe idea for "Wrestling The ABC's" came to me several years ago, when after many years of struggling with "What to write?" I stumbled upon the sports themed picture books by Sleeping Bear Press. I wrote a manuscript for a wrestling themed picture book that I thought would be perfect for them. Then a short time later, at a writer's conference, one of the speakers in attendance was the publisher of Sleeping Bear Press(whose books feature many ABC books, including a handful of sports themed ABC booksÂș. Unfortunately, she also mentioned that their house wasn't accepting manuscripts at that time, and had no idea when they would. So...we went elsewhere, and here we are now!

About my libraryI love to read. I'll read almost anything, although I prefer mysteries and memoirs. I'm particularly fond of John Irving.

Noticed you liked The Glass Castle, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a dysfunctional family and a bit dark. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to learn a little more about the book before you commit:
