About meThe society's remit covers science fiction and fantasy (these terms to be interpreted as broadly as you like) in any form, particularly books, films, television series and games (especially role-playing and board games).

About my libraryOver the years, we've acquired a reasonably large collection of SF and fantasy books, which may be borrowed, free of charge, by any member of the society. We're in the process of cataloguing them all (the last time this was done was several years ago, and that catalogue is neither up to date, nor easily accessible). Check back regularly, and please get in touch if you've got any questions, comments or suggestions.

An older, incomplete catalogue, from several years ago, can be found at http://scifi.warwickcompsoc.co.uk/forums...

Glad that the society is still going strong, and that you're keeping the faith! If it's any consolation, it was always the way that most activity centred around gaming, just because it's inherently a more social activity I suppose. We did try to do some more booky stuff, like inviting authors and doing a fanzine (though I suspect that was rather, er, gamey too).

I have a feeling there are a few other ex-members here, some of even greater vintage than me! Oh, and good to see that mathematicians still predominate :-)
