About meI enjoy the outdoors and mountaineering but am just a tourist compared to the pros. I always hire a guide for the big climbs. I have summitted Mt Rainer, Mt Hood, Mt Washington (in the winter), skied the last degree to the North Pole, Summitted Mt Vinson in Antarctica, summitted Mt Elbrus and Mt Kilaminjaro. Been on Aconcagua and Cho Oyu and Carstensz Pyramid. Liked Siberia and St Petersburg and loved Tibet.
About my libraryI love books and have a nice library of mountaineering and adventure books. In my other life I have over 2000 numismatic books listed under Chicagocoin.
