So, Saunders Mac Lane is a favorite author? But you only have his "Algebra" (and that was co-authored with Birkhoff!)! How does this happen?

But a serious question: Is there a funnier mathematics book than Spivak's "Calculus"? Certainly I know of no funnier index in math, but I would be happy be proven wrong.
