About me I live in Birmingham. I'm a recent medical graduate. I'm a little hairy and tend to breakthings hence the mammoth nickname.

About my library When I was about 8 I loved Enid Blyton Books. When I was 15 I was helping out in the school library and the librarian wanted to get rid of the Enid Blytons. In a fit of nostalgia I offered to take them home, then people got wind of the fact I 'collected Enid Blyton books' so kept buying me them because they cost 20p from chairty shops.

Now I don't want to get rid of them, but I don't collect them. I just have them. I'd forgotten about them until I discovered library thing.

I actually read History, and Fiction of most varieties.

Glad you found it! :D

I'm rather amused by the books we share so far. :)
Yes I'm quite pleased by that as well.. I do feel oddly exposed having my book collection out for all to see. This many Enid Blytons is embarrassing.
I've been here for yonks, mate. I got recruited by EMR back in, February was it.

I notice that one of top weighted sharings you have with another user goes by the name of 'thefoodpornographer'. I find that quietly pleasing somehow :-P
Quite random, but all books I liked apart from Shirley which I haven't read. I have an irrational obession with islands so thought Sea Room was amazing. I've worked on the Hebrides for six weeks and loved it, but not enough HIV to get me to move back long term.

Thanks for introducing me, but if I fail my MRCP as a result of this I won't blame you ;-)
Aha - there you are! We share 5, oddly random, books at the moment! Enjoy!
